We're partnering with an innovative client to find a Vehicle Build Technician to support their growing vehicle build and fleet expansion team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll work closely with the NPI Manager to build, modify, test, and maintain next-generation FLEX vehicles.

🛠 What You'll Do
As a Vehicle Build Technician, you will:
Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot FLEX vehicles and related sub-assemblies
Fabricate and fit-check mounts, brackets, and electrical harnesses
Support installation, testing, and configuration of ADAS components (cameras, LIDAR, RADAR)
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support for an active fleet
Travel within the U.S. and internationally as project needs arise
Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shop environment
Assist with inventory management and parts tracking

The ideal candidate is great at fixing cars and building/fixing computers.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience assembling and testing electromechanical components
Electrical harness fabrication skills, including soldering and cable termination
Metal fabrication experience (sheet metal work, drilling, cutting, rivet nuts, 80/20 frame assembly)
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and technical systems
Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems (basic troubleshooting is a plus)
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
