* Operate pedestal drills, pneumatic tapping arms, and deburring tables to prepare tooling and machine components for assembly
* Assemble products to specification by following standard build procedures with the use of hand and power tools
* Operate forming equipment to produce components for tooling and spares orders
* Operate CNC bending equipment, welding equipment, and cleaning and etching machinery
* Complete PDI check sheets and document the build process to company standard
* Performance testing and quality checking of assembled tooling
* Troubleshoot issues or errors of assembled tooling during the testing phase
* Report any quality control issues to your Supervisor
* Ensure that company health and safety procedures are being adhered to daily
Required Qualifications

Engaged in daily & weekly 5S routines to achieve high 5S Standard and Sustain it.
Constantly look for the cross-training opportunities within different manufacturing processes & better ways to add value.
Use the downtime efficiently to learn the new processes & run improvements from the status board activities.

The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include post-harvest tasks including the drying and curing stage all the way through trimming, packaging, and labeling the product. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
•Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of cannabis.
•Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, and inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation.
•Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
•Transport harvested plants to drying room and hang to be dried.
•Hand trims and/or operates a trimming machine to remove excess plant material.
•Weighs, records, and shreds plants waste and adds a non-cannabis medium for compliant disposal.
