JOB PURPOSE:
The Production Technician is responsible for building complex rehab equipment based on the order specifications received from ATPs and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepares equipment for delivery according to the order specifications.

* Assists with receiving as needed.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds of material without assistance and over 50 pounds with help.
Physical fitness to sit, bend, or stand for extended periods.
Visual acuity for reading instructions, operating machines, and inspecting produced parts.
Experience operating a variety of hand tools and machinery.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
One year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Carpentry and mechanical experience are preferred.
Knowledge of trailers and container-based systems is a strong plus.

OptiTrack is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely production of our high-quality motion capture systems. Responsibilities
Perform assembly and testing of OptiTrack motion capture systems according to established standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to maintain production flow.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
Adhere to quality control standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in training new production team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

installation and service (in the US and abroad) as required to service
customers.
Service and
support for local customer base, as well.
Plans assembly
procedures, following blueprints and schematic drawings and specifications.
Assembles
equipment with bolts, welds, or other fastening devices to foundation or other
structures.
Installs moving
parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test proper
movement.
Bends and installs
pipe for hydraulic systems.
Aligns and meshes
gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears using alignment & measurement
tools to insure proper assembly tolerances.
Performs welding
and fabrication of pipe, structural, and tube construction.
Tests or assists
in testing operation of completed product.
SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES
This
job may occasionally require supervisory responsibility of Assembly Tech I orAssembly Tech II positions if required to complete a job.
Qualifications

Trade
