**Position Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties**
+ Perform production activities for equipment set up, clean-ups, packaging filling and labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
+ Utilize Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which requires clean, sweep, mop, and scrub production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
+ Visually inspect all incoming materials and report non-conformances and visually inspects finished goods, making minor corrections and reporting all non-conformances.
+ Perform all essential job functions affecting quality according to the quality system procedures and work instructions.
+ Run multiple machines, including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment; perform line inspections, perform multiple tasks on drum filling line, perform all required quality checks and accurately complete required documentation.
+ Properly and consistently run all packaging equipment and occasionally provide relief for other operators, as assigned.
+ Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
+ Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
+ High School, General Education Diploma
+ Previous Production Operator experience
+ Basic Reading, Writing, Arithmetic required
+ Command of the English language required
+ Familiarity with operator control panels desired
+ Ability to operate automated casing equipment
+ Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
+ Successfully able to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and employ corrective actions.
+ Perform repetitive stooping, lifting to 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment
+ Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
+ Must be able to work 10 1/2 hour shifts. Overtime as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review of contractor-submitted test results and review and editing of contractor-submitted reports for the regulator for each of the 19 drinking water zones.
Compile validated data reports downloaded from the electronic data management system (EDMS) for each of the 19 drinking water zones.
Review contract specifications and latest scopes of work for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures.
Prepare assessment schedules based on the contractor's provided work schedules and determination of critical assessment points involved, such as the planning and Stage 5 Reports.
Recommend variations in planned assessment methods and procedures to meet unusual problem situations.
Conduct direct oversight assessments on-site.
Assess the government contractor performing water sampling (not to exceed 15% of planned samples) to ensure it is being conducted in proper locations at and within residences, schools, child development centers, child development homes, potable water distribution hydrants, and other determined locations per LTM and Drinking Water Sampling Plan established percentage parameters during each period.
Assess contractor sample collection to ensure compliance with approved sampling plans.
Prioritize oversight of high-interest sampling situations.
Provide a sampling report for the day after the inspection to the Environmental Engineer.
Furnish their designated government representatives with documentation indicating whether the construction conforms to the contract requirements.
Act as the primary person responsible for monitoring the construction contractor's efforts regarding on-site quality assurance and safety compliance.

Update Long Term Monitoring (LTM) Tracker to keep an accurate count of samples and associated categories for all samples collected during the LTM program.
Provide oversight of government contractor and team support in unique or unforeseen situations that involve the quality of the water system and/or LTM Plan execution.
Coordinate with the Management and Program Analyst for any Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) sampling requests and access to controlled areas.
Support business development activities as required (e.g., customer technical capabilities briefings, past performance content, technical solutions).

The technician monitors and maintains satellite links, assists in troubleshooting RF and network systems, and supports maintenance activities to ensure 24/7 operational readiness. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in fixed-site SHF (C, X, Ku, Ka band) multichannel SATCOM, who can apply both technical and operational skills in a dynamic environment. Candidates will be trained to progress toward full SATCOM Tech responsibilities while maintaining NOC support operations.
Responsibilities
Teleport and RF Operations:
* Actively monitor teleport components, including antennas, transmitters, converters, and RF chains.
* Use monitoring tools to track satellite link performance and ensure optimal signal strength, quality, and uptime.
* Respond promptly to RF and system alerts, escalating as necessary to senior engineering staff.
Network Monitoring and Support:
* Support teleport network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Requirements:
The ETCS individual shall meet or exceed the following qualifications (the Government reserves the right to reject any service provider that does not meet the standards described in the PWS):
Five (5) years of recent experience within the last ten (10) years as a construction inspector or tradesperson and shall have a basic understating of engineering, architecture or construction trades.
Current certification in concrete inspection, structural steel inspection, plumbing inspection, electrical inspection, HVAC inspection and / or other trade related inspection certifications are desirable but not required.
Current certification of successful completion of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)/Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Construction Quality Management for Contractors course. This course may be completed within 45 calendar days of task order award. The certificate is valid for 5 years. If the individual's certificate expires during the period of performance of a Task Order, the individual must retake the course to remain current.
Knowledge of the three-phases of control and Construction Quality Management process is required.
Sound understanding of construction concepts, principles and practices applicable to multi-disciplined engineering projects and the design, layout, and supervision of construction operation.
Thorough knowledge of construction practices and methods and construction management skills.

Have demonstrated ability and experience to inspect materials, workmanship and construction and installation of various systems. Possess up-to-date knowledge of construction practices and techniques, e.g., proper applications of construction materials and methods of installation.
Have demonstrated knowledge of the latest U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' safety publications (including but not limited to EM385-1-1, OSHA safety requirements) as well as all other applicable national health and safety regulations, codes and standards.
Have demonstrated knowledge of Federal building projects design codes (UFGS) and Construction techniques.
Have demonstrated experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc), Primavera, CostWorks, etc. Have the ability to adapt to new software such as eCMS, MS Teams and Zoom may also be necessary.
