Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing Manual tasks such as bottle filling and device assembly, pouching, labeling, and kitting.
• Adhere to and accurately complete production documentation.
• Perform set-ups, changeovers, and cleanups of work areas.

• Assistance with warehouse order picking, packing, and general warehousing.
Education and Experience:
• BS in a relevant science or technical discipline.

The Data Logger Assembler is responsible for building and assembling data logging devices by working with PCBA components, mechanical tools, and standardized work instructions. This role supports product testing on the production line, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and contributes to maintaining a strong 5S workplace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble data logger units using PCBA components, wiring, enclosures, and various mechanical tools.
+ Use wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools to perform accurate mechanical assembly.
+ Follow detailed Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assembly drawings to ensure consistent and high-quality builds.
+ Support product testing on the production line, including functional tests, basic troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
+ Report defects or assembly issues to supervisors, technicians, or engineering teams.
+ Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation and actively participate in a strong 5S program.
+ Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines, and best practices to promote a safe work environment.
+ Collaborate with team members and support daily production goals.
