Essential Responsibilities:
* Assemble OEC 3D and MD C-arm imaging devices by thoroughly following work instructions
* Accurately record tool information within GE Systems
* Maintain daily production output
* Provide strong individual contributions to team goals
* Interface with other departments to ensure orderly flow of product
* Execute training plans
* Identify and report defects in assigned area
* Perform basic root cause analysis and problem resolution
* Utilize basic technical communications throughout the process for production
* Provide evaluation/constructive feedback in the development of internal and external engineering, manufacturing, or service documentation
* Participate in LEAN process improvement activities to improve quality, process flow, and cycle or TAKT times

Qualifications/Requirements:

What You'll Do
Operate and maintain the CMS to pour high-quality polyurethane climbing holds.
Clean, service, and disassemble machine components on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
Train teammates on machine use and help support LEAN and 5S shop standards.
Track production data, adjust machine variables, and look for ways to improve workflow.
Sand, drill, prep, weigh, and finish plastic parts with both hand and power tools.
Assist with packing and shipping holds to ensure customers receive perfect product.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times.

Whomping & Bagging

Prework

Safety and Equipment

Scanning

Job Summary
Fitness Machine Technicians is looking for a technician to perform repair and preventive maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. If you are a go-getter this is the job for you! Must be awesome at customer service and quality control.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various pieces of fitness equipment at customer locations including homes and commercial facilities
Identify and report replacement parts needed
Assemble and disassemble equipment and perform equipment installations at commercial facilities
Complete accurate and thorough customer work order reports using our Field Service Management software
Professionally interact with customers to help maintain great client relationships and explain repairs and equipment failures
Drive from job to job in a clean and well-organized branded vehicle
Daily local travel
Occasionally lift heavy equipment
Qualifications
3 years of mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools required
Experience repairing fitness equipment is a plus but not necessary. Our CFET Training Program will prepare you for the job.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
Ability to use a phone/tablet for scheduling and job reports
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
A self-starter with problem-solving skills
