Position Description: FP1 POSITIONS: Fast paced assembly with rate ratio that varies from 7 seconds in a machine operation environment. Could be assembling an HVAC unit while it moves down a conveyor assembly line. Assembling includes insertion of servo motors, heater cores and evaporators. Associates are assembling while the part is moving. Individuals must be able to work in a fast paced assembly setting while working with air drivers, torch drivers as well as working with small parts. Knowledge of Kazan or Japanese theory/theology is not needed but aides in one's success. FP2 POSITIONS: These areas are mostly machining areas while the machine does most of the work but the associates are assembling small parts to condenser, evaporators, heater cores before cycling the machines. Although the areas are not as fast, the amount of parts and/or additions to the materials listed above can be from 10 to15 pieces.
