Andrew’s history of helping businesses succeed continues at Assent Compliance. Since becoming CEO, he has been integral to the company’s growth, and helped it earn a spot on the Narwhal List for high-potential companies.

Previously, Andrew was CEO of Pythian, overseeing its rise from a small business to one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing global professional services companies. He also served as Managing Partner at Celtic House Venture Partners during its highest-performing years to date, when one fund produced one of the world’s top ten best venture fund returns ever.

Andrew has served on the boards of more than 30 technology companies. He is currently a board member at Assent and Fidus Systems, and sits on Genesys Capital’s advisory board.

With over 20 years of experience in the tech sector, Marty Labelle provides a user-focused, results-driven approach to help bring Assent’s platform to the next level. He has held leadership positions at both start-ups and well-established tech companies. Most recently, Marty served as Vice President of Products at Accedian, where he helped the company become a world leader in network and application performance analytics. Prior to this, Marty was Vice President of SW Engineering at Ciena. He has also held technical and product leadership roles with CENX, AMDOCS, Bridgewater Systems, Nakina Systems and Ceyba. With a sterling reputation as a coach both inside and outside the hockey rink, Marty is passionate about developing the teams he leads and fostering innovative solutions for continued excellence.

Since 2015, Russell has shared his passion for facilitating rapid growth with Assent Compliance. As CFO, he works to support and reduce friction for the sales team while overseeing the company’s operations. In his more than 20 years as a CFO for high-tech companies such as DragonWave, Wavesat Wireless and PRIOR Data Sciences, he has raised more than $350 million in private and public debt equity markets, including IPOs in London, Toronto and New York.

Dave Curley brings his diverse knowledge base and 25 years of experience to help propel Assent’s sales and marketing team to new heights. His leadership positions at companies such as Mxi Technologies, QNX Software Systems and Mitel, coupled with his global experience in the aerospace, automotive and medical device sectors, give Dave a truly unique history he leverages to find innovative solutions to new challenges. He is a passionate executive and mentor, empowering those around him with his insight and humour.
