The Asset Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and management of internal asset performance analytics tools and their associated infrastructure, as well as performing ad hoc analysis to identify asset underperformance.
The tools on the platform address real-time and historical performance, provide underperformance alerts, and summarize relevant asset data for a variety of audiences including upper management. The asset performance analyst will collaborate closely with the Engineering team in surfacing to the platform the performance analytics developed by the Engineering team. The development of the analytics tools and platform will be done in close collaboration with the IT department as well to ensure that the system and protocols are compatible with the IT strategy and guidelines of the company. The ultimate goal of the Asset Performance Analyst is to enhance the profitability of the whole portfolio of assets by identifying underperformance and offer a perspective on possible improvement opportunities.
