Mr. Jagiela became CEO of Teradyne in February of 2014. He has been President of Teradyne since January 2013 and the President of the Semiconductor Test Division since 2003. He is also on the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, he was the worldwide marketing manager of Teradyne's semiconductor test products from 2001 to 2003. Mark joined Teradyne in 1982 as a design engineer, developing image sensor test systems. From 1989 to 1999 he served as general manager of Teradyne's Japan Division. He returned to the U.S. in 1999 as the engineering manager for the company's VLSI Test Division in Agoura Hills, California. Mark holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan. Mr. Jagiela has been a director of Teradyne, Inc. since 2014.

As President and CEO of Paciolan, Kim manages the direction and vision for the entire company, including client satisfaction, retention and direction of all products, services and solutions. She has cultivated an inclusive and supportive corporate culture at Paciolan, encouraging employee growth and development. Before Sonus, he was EVP and GM of the Core Switching division of Ascend Communications and VP Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of Cascade Communications. Hassan has also held key leadership positions at Motorola and Analog Devices. He was also Associate Professor of Electrical Computer and Systems Engineering and Associate Professor of Finance at Boston University. Additionally, he has guest lectured at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
