The primary duties of a Medical Equipment Inventory Handler include a high level of customer service to our patients and clients, in addition to picking up and delivering medical equipment in a hospital environment.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing medical equipment.
• Responsible for using a PC computer to track medical equipment throughout the facility.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft products
• Experience within a customer service environment
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to walk a great deal throughout the day
• Ability to ‘tilt and roll’ oxygen tanks on/off carts and staging areas (ranging from 9 lbs. to 287 lbs.)
• Ability to push a cart of 24 to 40 “E” Cylinders (Cart weighs up to 400 lbs). (Tank programs only)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Position Summary
Working in the distribution center and retail store environments, the Asset Protection Associate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the company premises and personnel, interior and exterior of the assigned location, and, as needed, supporting asset protection needs of the retail locations supported by the assigned distribution center.

Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property Prevents losses and damage by reporting unusual activity or circumstances Confronts violators of policy and procedures in a professional manner to redirect behavior Inspects buildings and access points Assists Supervisor in restraining trespassers or other violators Manages vehicular traffic by directing drivers Maintains authorized DC truck yard traffic utilizing company tools and procedures Supports investigations, conducting surveillances and gathering of facts Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Maintains organization's stability and brand reputation by complying with legal requirements Contributes to Inventory/Asset Protection team effort by accomplishing results as needed Promotes awareness of company policies, procedures and directives Submits new and innovative ideas to enhance job functions and company best practices Provide assistance across business groups as needed

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two or more years of related security experience. Proven knowledge of security operations and procedures. Prior security experience in retail or distribution centers is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook. Report Writing experience is preferred.

Job Summary

The Asset Protection Agent works as a member of a team responsible for the protection of company assets by preventing inventory shrinkage due to accidents. Identifies, prevents, corrects and eliminates loss caused by internal, external, and paperwork errors.
