Assist management with onboarding new employees and workstation set-up. Data & Filing: Perform data entry, maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Fleet Support: Support company vehicle inspection routine, maintenance and repair as necessary. Pay Rate: $40,000-$50,000/annually depending on experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to utilize and adapt to company software platforms and databases. Schedule and hours are flexible and will be determined based on the departments needs.
