Responsible for in-house Purchasing of all Inventory items such as plating, galvanizing, heat treating, etc.
Once physically received, responsible for finalizing all Receptions of all Inventory items such as wire, strip steel, bins, plating, galvanizing, heat treating, etc.
Coordinates all paperwork to make sure Purchase Orders match Receptions, that Receptions match Invoices received, and that all paperwork is filed/maintained correctly.
Responsible for printing Reception Memos for interco truck shipment, filling them out appropriately, completing the Log, scanning all paperwork and sending to Montreal for processing.
Types company letters, reports, miscellaneous correspondence, with use of the computer, translating/incorporating into Spanish documentation as necessary.
Assists Personnel with onboarding of Spanish employees.
Acting Company Interpreter for translation between Spanish/English.
Maintains active weekly timecards based on the Temporary Employee Listing.
Performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing.

TITLE: Recess Assistant
REPORTS TO: Principal of Hallowell Elementary School
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $13.51/hr.; 10 Month, Student Days only, 2.0-2.5 hours/day
BENEFITS: personal days, sick days
LOCATION: Hallowell Elementary School
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch.
Supervise students on the playground during recess.
Teach students how to play at recess to be safe and have fun.
Praise students for positive behavior.
Teach children how to meet expectations for appropriate behavior.
Monitor student behavior to ensure student safety.
Clean tables, if needed.
Attend various trainings which the district may offer

Life Enrichment Assistant Summary:
Assists the Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating and coordinating a wide variety of multi-level recreational and educational activities for the residents of the facility. Reports to the Life Enrichment Director.
Life Enrichment Assistant - Responsibilities:
Assists in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
Encourages resident participation in programs and activities.
Activities Assistant escorts residents on activities away from the property as assigned.
Assists with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
Conducts various activities at the direction of the Life Enrichment Director.
