National Assistant Camp Director will oversee the day-to-day operation of Scout Camp including training and coordinating between the full time and seasonal staff. Principle Responsibilities:
- Provide cheerful and helpful service to all Summit Bechtel Reserve participants and staff

- Train and manage a team of Directors to deliver safe, engaging program to the National Scout Camp

- Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Supervises assigned seasonal staff by observing, coaching, providing feedback and assisting with problem solving.
2. Creates accurate staff schedules on a weekly basis.
3. Evaluates staff as assigned.
