What Does An Assistant Catering Manager Do At Salt and Honey Catering

* Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and make recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with management to create a short-term and long-term plan to achieve business model.
* Maintain an ongoing analysis and improvement of all tools that are needed to execute successful catering operations.
* Ability to interpret changing situations and react accordingly.
* Provide positive and proactive interaction with the clients and guests.
