Identify and execute opportunities for portfolio expansion and new site activation. Support property success in scaling self-guided touring across multiple properties and markets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Onboarding teams to drive adoption, influence roadmap, and support upselling strategy. Ideal Experience 3-5+ years of experience in Property Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. Experience in real estate leasing or property management strongly preferred.
