The PM will oversee a 1.2MSF industrial portfolio (very high tenant count) in Orange County. The PM will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including financial administration, tenant relations and customer service, and project management of capital improvements. Specific Responsibilities: Oversee management of building operations, including on-site engineering staff, service contractors, and vendors. Oversee work order and tenant service requests. Review work order logs to ensure timely and thorough completion of tenant service requests. Responsible for the preparation and administration of annual budgets and strategic asset plan for the property. Complete quarterly financial reports and annual business plan. Responsible for vendor management, administration of all contracts including rebidding and negotiating contracts as appropriate to ensure the highest level of property maintenance and tenant services at market competitive rates.
