Essential Duties:
Act as liaison between Department Managers and Department employees by providing an effective line of communication with regard to company policies.Monitor all departmental production, production quality, processes and procedures and ensure that all employees continually follow departmental SMS procedures and instructions.Give direction and support to department employees with regard to achieving departmental goals and objectives as well as assist in coordinating and maintaining the Department's work force in order to ensure that the goals and objectives are feasible.Identify, coordinate, and/or oversee special departmental projects that contribute to continued improvement in the areas of efficiency, productivity and quality.Assist employees in resolving any job-related problems or concerns to include P.I.
