Your Role on Our Team: The Director of Distribution Operations is responsible for the startup of an 18m distribution center located in Olive Branch, Ms. The startup of the facility will include the development of processes and procedures across all business functions and developing and hiring all key positions within the team to deliver to our customers and end users. This individual will provide leadership and direction for all distribution operations within the facility, ensure the safety of team members, provide oversight on the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, and ensure that all programs are aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
