Facilitate transition meetings to hand off awarded projects to the Operations Team Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and stakeholders Perform the Estimating Process from bid identification through contract award. Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications & Competencies Experience in environmental remediation, stream and wetland projects, and UST removal estimating (preferred, but not required) Knowledge of environmental regulations, math, science, and/or contracting. Ability to conceptualize bids by understanding project scope, breaking down work into logical components, and crafting proposals that effectively mitigate risk for ERC. Proficiency with estimating software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to perform accurate material and quantity take-offs Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Strong attention to detail and note-taking skills, deciphering between details that are important versus unimportant for project performance and bid package completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write proposals in Word and Adobe, using company templates as guides. Integrity, accountability, and openness to feedback.
