Ohio Wesleyan University invites applications for the position of AssistantFootballCoach. This is an eleven-month full-time benefitted position. The AssistantCoach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all phases of Football program. The AssistantFootballCoach will provide support to the head coach focused in the areas of recruiting, identifying talent, scouting, film breakdown and game planning. Additional duties will include but not limited to skill development, academic advising, mentoring, organizing team travel including team meals on the road, one on one and group instruction, summer camps/clinics, equipment inventories, developing alumni contacts, as well as a secondary assignment within the department.
It is also expected that the AssistantFootballCoach embrace the department mission of supporting the academic mission of the university, developing student-athletes as contributors to the greater community, creating opportunities for competitive success, leading student-athletes to understand what it is like to be part of something greater than oneself. A secondary assignment in the athletic department will be required as well as other duties as assigned.

Maintain electronic database record of assessments, referrals, and services provided for clients in the Salesforce database, including regular and careful tracking and data entry for internal and external research.
Keep thorough and organized documentation of caseload efforts, including up-to-date and accurate documentation of electronic database system according to deadlines.
Participate in the development and facilitation of Omega CDC programs.
Recruit participants for the program(s), including outreaching to community groups, presentations to local agencies, etc.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Managing Partners to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational procedures are followed.
Effectively utilize selection tools to maintain optimal staffing levels, proactively addressing Employee Relations (ER) needs.
Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring outstanding customer service through proper execution of initiatives.
Coach and train Managing Partners, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors, supporting national training initiatives and new employee orientation processes.
Share Best Demonstrated Practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
High School, GED, College, or University Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year, preferred 3-5 years of successful multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
Valid driver's license.

Recovery Coach

OneEighty, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavior health services in and around Holmes and Wayne Counties is seeking to hire a full-time Recovery Coach. This position provides a variety of recovery-oriented services to clients who have self-identified as desiring peer supports, in order to promote greater independence, community integration and recovery from addiction and/or mental illness.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Must be certified as a Peer Specialist at time of hire or within the first 6 months. Must be a self-identified person currently or formerly receiving mental health services; or a self-identified person in recovery from substance abuse disorder.
May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.
If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty's vehicle insurance.
Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to attain certification.
Must be trained in administering Narcan.
Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.
Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in Agency Policies and Procedures.
Must have written communication skills which support the ability to submit accurate documentation and effectively communicate.
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers.
Ability to work as a team.
Work Schedule and Benefits: Part-Time is 20 hours per week and Full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt hourly position. Schedule is flexible and determined by agency needs, anytime between the hours of 8am-9pm. Benefits as defined by the Board of Trustees and outlined in the Personnel Policy Manual.
