Track athlete progress and communicate with parents on performance and development. Collaborate with the coaching team to support seasonal progressions (in/off-season). Required Certifications/Specializations: Strength & Conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM PES, or equivalent). Youth Fitness or Youth S&C specialization (e.g., NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, IYCA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification.
