Job Description
* Creates, uses, and maintains spreadsheets and databases to organize information, produce standard reports, and track internal measures/outcomes/work completed by division, to include confidential and time sensitive material.
* Maintains files, both public and confidential, distributes reports, type form letters, manage calendars, and schedules meetings and interviews.
* Acts as a backup to Admissions Coordinators with the residential programs.
* Assists Senior Admin staff with the Onboarding and tracking of New Hires to the division.
* Tracks grants and contracts, as well as expenditures for the grants; provides support to senior management and maintains a system for tracking the progress of the division; creates correspondence on behalf of senior management.
* Copies and collates documents; sorts and distributes mail and other time sensitive material(s).
* Orders, inventories, receives, and shelves routine supplies; reviews invoices/packing slips to ensure shipment is correct, and follows up on discrepancies; tracks expenditures.
* Answers phones, refers calls, gives standard information in response to phone, email and in person inquiries, and assists in scheduling appointments for clients, assists with admission documents and program enrollment.
* Assists in planning events, trainings, and any additional functions related to Addiction and Residential services.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of administrative support experience are required. May require KS/MO driver's license, depending on department or agency.
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Experience may be substituted for education. Education may be substituted for experience.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.

Nurse Practitioner Specific Qualifications:

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Wealth Advisory Assistants pivot between client service work such as opening accounts, scheduling client review meetings, and inputting client account data and then working behind the scenes creating reports, researching product info, and maintaining our internal file systems. Other responsibilities include:
Process checks for clients
Maintains a system to monitor review of investment clients and schedule meetings
Travel to other offices as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Other desired skills include:
Associate Degree with two years of administrative office experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in a financial institution or wealth management office preferred

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in planning, implementing and monitoring activities relevant to the agency's programs.

Advanced Practice Clinician Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides primary care services to patients of all ages, manages chronic conditions, and promotes preventive health measures. Provides preventive care, including vaccinations, screenings, and health education.
Coordinates referrals with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.

Provides appropriate mental health assessments, screening, counseling, and treatment for mental illness, family violence, and diseases of addiction.

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner Specific Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program is required.

Master's degree as a Physician Assistant is required.

Job Description Purpose: The Assistant Varsity Coach assists in supervising sport functions in grades 7 through 12, and works closely with other staff and the administration of the District
Responsible to: Head Varsity Coach and Athletic Director

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or meet Rule 10 requirements.
2. Current Kansas State Teaching Certificate on file in the Central Office meet Rule 10 requirements.
3. Health and Inoculation Certificate on file in the Central Office (after employment offer is made).
4. At least three years of coaching experience at the secondary level.
Essential Functions:

General Responsibilities:
1. Ability to be familiar with and enforce school, district, department, and K.S.H.S.A.A. rules of eligibility.
2. Ability to assist in requiring all athletes to have a physical examination and are scholastically eligible before participation is allowed. Assist in requiring all signatures be received before participation is allowed.
3. Ability to be responsible for supervision of athletic facilities used and securing such areas.
4. Ability to organize teaching situations so teaching is being done at practice, pre-contest, half time, and post-contest time frames.
5. Ability to implement and observe a highly efficient and technically sound program of injury prevention and complete all paperwork relating to athletic injuries.
6. Ability to attend and be prompt to all practices and meetings.
7. Ability to ride team bus to and from each contest with athletics.
8. Ability to demonstrate effective reinforcement on a daily basis, whole-part-whole teaching, mental toughness development, drill work, myth building, and situational coaching during each practice session.

10. Ability to be responsible for making recommendations on facilities and equipment needs.
