TASKS AND ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with the managers and coordinator to ensure that facilities, transportation, food service, technology resources, and center operations are effectively and efficiently managed and meet the Head Start Performance Standards, all regulations and policies and procedures. Responsible for contract development and management. Explore and research facility opportunities. Negotiate leases and contracts, also responsible for the oversight of tenant leases. Prepare and coordinate job bids, repair costs and estimates. Assess facility needs: monitor, evaluate and prioritize Facilities Tracker Requests, determining assignments/scheduling and when requests need to be contracted out.
