Qualifications:

Assisting with hiring, training, and coaching the sales team.
Assisting the Sales Manager with preparing and administering performance evaluations for assigned staff.
Providing timely and effective communications.
Attending monthly staff meetings.
Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
2 + years working in the retail industry
4 + years supervising in a retail industry
Previous supervisory experience required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to learn in-house computer programs
Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely manner
Ability to interview and staff retail location
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in team building skills.
