We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager with experience in luxury environments. Our high-end fashion women’s and men’s luxury boutiques are located at Lincoln Road Mall in Miami Fashion Show Mall and Grand Canal Shoppes in Las Vegas. We offer a probationary competitive hourly pay of $22.00/Hour.

Pay structure will be transitioned to a bonus/commission structure after passing the probationary period-
You will be able to double your income with this structure from the sales that you make as well as our monthly revenue.




Responsibilities

Generate sales, lead a sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing a unique selling environment and expert advice Motivate staff and align daily activities to achieve business goals Strives to be the sales leader on the floor to drive sales and up-sale, ensuring daily execution of sales goals while maintaining customer focus Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees Model and implement dress code compliance Continually ensure retail floor appearance and merchandising is executed as directed Proactively capture customers through clientele and networking Enhance the customer experience in all business areas Effectively leverages and appropriately delegates responsibilities to other team members and leading by example Is knowledgeable of all products (product knowledge will be provided) and follows all policies in the company including the Store Employee & Operations Manual Direct contact with the CEO


Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of fashion retail management experience Enhanced interpersonal skills supporting a team environment Fluent English communication in verbal and written Able to work with POS and Excel programs Excellent time management/project skills Good sense of fashion and current styling trends Knowledge of sizing and fabrics Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work with different personalities Highly organized with the ability to adapt easily to strategic change Ability to work flexible shifts on days, nights, holidays, and weekends according to the needs of the business

Job DescriptionThe assistant store manager will assist the general manager (GM) and ownership with the operation of a profitable store that is focused on exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations. The assistant manager will report to the GM. Responsible for all aspects of managing a single store including hiring/scheduling, developing and managing a team focused on the customer. Assist with the oversight of day to day store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals, customer acquisition and customer retention. Accountable for inventory quality control, budgeting, including labor cost and operational expenses. This is a hands-on, led by example position.

Team Development- Identifying, recruiting and properly staffing the store to ensure customer needs are exceeded while scheduling to maintain labor budget goals.

Coaching, training and motivating team members to achieve higher performance and interaction with all customers.
Demonstrate high values and service by leading by example on the sales floor. Schedule regular meetings with team members to keep abreast with additional training, changing conditions and current fashion trends. Sales and Results Driven Develop and execute strategies to drive customer traffic, customer buys and customer sales. Adhere to company guidelines keeping COGS in balance and minimizing potential for loss. Maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized at a level exceeding the competition and above customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications



Strong demonstration of current fashion trends for core customer. Strong coaching/leadership, customer service and selling skills with a take-charge mentality. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and consisting of 35-45 hours per week. The assistant manager will work opposite hours as the GM to ensure there is a manager on call at all times. Strong verbal and written skills. Demonstration of management skills and the go-to source for the team for creative solutions for all challenges encountered. Outwardly display a high level of energy without need for motivation Minimum of 5 years retail experience

How You'll Make an Impact

While standing and moving within the register and food preparation area behind the service counter, reach and retrieve items from floor level to seven feet above the floor and operate store and food service equipment which will include an electronic cash register, gasoline console, credit card machines, money order machines, TACC (Timed Access Cash Control Machines), food stamp machine, deep fryer, slicers, scale, grill, hot dog cookers, ovens, display cases and breading machines; operate floor buffer in aisles and open spaces of sales floor. Control cash to accuracy as prescribed in company policy manuals for overages and shortages. Maintain stock levels, food service items and general merchandise by stocking shelves, reaching items from packing cartons and placing items on display units ranging from floor level to seven feet above the floor and move cases weighing up to 35 pounds to retrieve needed stock selection. Using proper lifting techniques and with assistance, lift and place in service, up to five feet above floor level, five-gallon soft drink containers which may be BIB (Bag In a Box) or cylinders weighing between 50 and 65 pounds. Using proper lifting and or climbing techniques lift containers of cubed ice weighing up to 15 pounds to a height of six feet to fill ice dispensers for fountain drinks. Using proper lifting techniques and with assistance, lift and place in service, up to five feet above floor level, potatoes and crates of precut chicken weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain physical store appearance by sweeping, mopping floors, buffing as required, cleaning rest rooms and residual internal and external equipment, maintain exterior appearance by picking up trash and refuse from grassy areas, shrubbery beds and parking lots and emptying trash containers into dumpsters. Maintain physical gasoline inventory by measuring product and checking for water in underground storage tanks, recording results in accordance with company guidelines. Using a computer, input data as required by management, count large amounts of cash, file reports, accurately order inventory to include gasoline and general merchandise, supervise hourly employees, resolve problems and conflicts. The incumbent must know how to operate all equipment in order to provide training for employees in daily tasks safety awareness and customer service.
Required Qualifications

1-2 years food experience a must 12 months experience required in a retail customer service work environment Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Reading and mathematics skills required Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age Background and drug screen required 1-2 years supervisory or management experience
