What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Execution - 45%
Assists in management of day-to-day communication with internal and external teams Collaborate with Campaign Management team for ad trafficking and site tagging, ensuring tags are properly QA'dWork alongside media planner on post campaign reconciliation and billing Compile specs documents and ensure all materials are received from creative agency Responsible for the creation of campaign post-launch information such as screenshots, links and delivery data to demonstrate proof of placement for clients

Learning & Development - 30%

Assistant Media Planner - Media Team - US

As we continue to expand our services and responsibilities, we are seeking a hardworking and creative Assistant Media Planner to join us at a pivotal time in our voyage. You are data driven and highly analytical who thrives in a fast-paced setting, collaborating across an international team. You will play an integral role in developing and stewarding US national multi-media plans across all Expedia Group brands.

What you'll do:

Support media planner in building holistic media plan recommendations which deliver on Brand media strategies and established media principles (across TV, OTT, OOH, Cinema, Audio and Digital) Successfully steward multi-media plans, Brand broadcast integrations and sponsorships Consistently respond to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner Study Brand target consumer media habits and recommend media opportunities which build Brand awareness, consideration, and affinity Coordinate Brand market/vendor budgets and delivery (GRPs, impressions, sponsorships and integrations) Analyse competitor activity insight from relevant tools, and stay up to date with latest media trends Compile and analyse relevant metrics on an ongoing basis to optimise media plans and schedules, analyse media alternatives and make supported recommendations Build pre and post-campaign summations for co-op partnerships and major Brand sponsorships Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute media testing strategies that drive business efficiencies

Who you are:

At least 2+ year's Media planning experience in US National TV, digital video, cinema, and OOH. Experience with emerging TV platforms (connected TV/OTT, addressable, programmatic TV) preferred Bachelor's degree or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience Demonstrate basic understanding of key terminology and key performance indicators in the industry Strong analytical skill set - ability to derive TV optimization insights from data and make solid recommendations Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with Brands, EG Media leads, Finance, and vendors Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to prosper in fast paced, culturally diverse environment Proactive, attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver, meet timelines Minimum 2+ year's US National TV and digital media planning experience Minimum intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office in Excel and PowerPointPreferred location: LA
