The Department of Psychiatry in the College of Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Professor and Chair (Medicine) (GFT). The successful candidate will:
Provide executive leadership, direction, and administration of the Department of Psychiatry in its College of Medicine (COM) to further the strategic mission of the department and larger institution, to impact the health and well-being of the underserved community SUNY Downstate serves in three main integrated directions: research, training, and clinical psychiatry.

The Opportunity
Greenwich House Music School is seeking a part-time Piano Faculty member to teach piano lessons (beginner to advanced) for children and adults of all ages, approximately 4-6 hours per day, on certain days of the week, depending on scheduling. The Division of Computer Science, Mathematics and Science offers 3 ABET accredited undergraduate degrees in Computer Science, Cyber Security Systems and Information Technology. Additionally, it also offers undergraduate degrees in Networking Systems, and Healthcare Informatics, as well as master's degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, and Cyber and Information Security. The graduate degrees in Data Science and Cyber and Information Security were among the first universities and colleges recently awarded ABET accreditation.
The Cybersecurity Systems undergraduate degree and the graduate degrees in Cyber and Information Security and Data Science are also part of an NSA designated Academic Center for Excellence.
The Division also houses the Institute for Data Science and The Sanford Family Cyber Security Lab. The division is the leading unit at St. John's in AI studies. Research on AI is increasing in both quality and quantity. This is a teaching-intensive position (9-12 credit hours per semester on the Queens campus) with opportunities for research reductions.
