Duties: The Department of Computer Science invites applications for a full-time, nine-month renewable non-tenure track faculty position beginning in Fall 2026. The primary responsibility of this role is teaching introductory and advanced courses in the networking/cybersecurity degree options, for a total of 24 credit hours per academic year.
Other responsibilities include engaging in professional development, participating in student recruitment and events, as well as providing service to the program area, department, college, university, and the community.
Required: A master's degree in any computing discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Technology or a related field from an accredited institution is required at the start of employment.
Preferred: A PhD in any computing discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated ability to teach courses that use equipment, software, and tools in one or more areas of Networking and Cybersecurity, including (but not limited to) Web Security, Computer/Network Security, Information Assurance, Ethical Hacking, Incident Response, and Database Security.
Any relevant industry certifications, especially at the advanced level, such as CCNP, CEH or CISSP.

Job Description:
The Department of Medical Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences is recruiting up to two (2) tenure-track faculty, at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, as part of a major expansion of basic science, interdisciplinary, and translational research. We are seeking outstanding scientists who study highly-infectious pathogens, host-pathogen interactions, and/or vaccine/therapeutic development and require biosafety level 3 (BSL3) and animal BSL3 (A-BSL3) containment for these studies. Ideal candidates will study highly-infectious pathogens such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Coxiella burnetii, Yersinia pestis, Rickettsia sp., influenza virus, EEEV, SARS, MERS, West Nile virus, Hantavirus, Chikungunya, etc. The University is undergoing an exciting phase of research infrastructure expansion, including a $7M federal investment to renovate and expand the existing BSL3/A-BSL3 into 6 biocontainment suites, with shared equipment spaces and biocontainment entry/exit showers, for Select Agent, biodefense, and/or emerging infectious disease research. Top candidates will expand and complement the existing strengths of the microbiology and immunology faculty. Candidates are expected to contribute to the training and teaching of professional, postgraduate, and graduate learners, as well as provide institutional service. The Department of Psychology at Baldwin Wallace University invites applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor position beginning in Fall of 2026. We are primarily a teaching University and are looking for applicants with well-developed teaching skills. Faculty members teach a total of 21-24 credit hours per academic year. The successful applicant will be expected to teach applied courses that engage students in the Greater Cleveland community. This could be through a service learning course, internship course, or applied research course in the field. They would also be expected to teach any of our required courses, including Intro to Psychology, Statistics, SPSS, Research Methods and Thesis, in addition to a lower level topical seminar. They also may be asked to develop new courses in their area of specialization.
The Psychology Department currently has 7 full-time members representing the main sub-disciplines in the field. The Psychology major is one of the largest majors on campus, and the department is housed in the Neal Malicky Center for the Social Sciences, which has dedicated research space for human research. The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry is approved by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and offers a program that leads to a B.S. in Chemistry, with optional concentrations in Biochemistry and Chemical Physics. The department currently includes four full-time tenured faculty, a research scholar in residence, a general chemistry lab coordinator, a half-time administrative assistant, a half-time laboratory technician, and a central stores manager who also serves as the chemical hygiene officer. A fifth tenured professor in chemistry currently serves as Associate Dean in the College of Arts and Sciences. The department graduates 10-20 majors each year, with approximately two-thirds engaging in research projects both on and off campus. Duties and Responsibilities
The primary teaching duties of the successful candidate will be organic chemistry lecture and laboratory courses, and the ability to contribute to the teaching of inorganic chemistry, general chemistry lecture courses, general-organic-biochemistry lecture and lab, or other courses in their area of specialty would also be helpful.

Adjunct Faculty - Clinical/Lab Nursing Instructor - Associate Degree Nursing Program

Reporting to the Dean of Health and Wellness Sciences, the Adjunct Instructor will: Provide direction, supervision and instruction in the clinical area. Make expectations and objectives of the clinical assignments clear; select clients and/or experiences according to the clinical focus as outlined in the course syllabus when possible; actively participate in teaching clinical procedures; assist students with clinical data interpretation; conduct pre- and/or post-conferences each clinical day; supervise students during clinical and lab hours and hold them accountable to the program policies and standards of their profession; record and maintain anecdotes of strengths and concerns related to student performance; provide ongoing constructive verbal and written feedback to students regarding their clinical and/or lab performance; attend divisional, program or level meetings as required; inform Nursing Programs Administrator or course lead instructors of any agency problems/concerns; discuss agency problems with nurse manager, where appropriate; formally evaluate students on clinical performance in writing on the program evaluation form at midterm of each semester and at the end of each term; hold private conferences with students for the review of clinical and/or lab performance evaluations; participate in the divisional faculty evaluation process according to divisional policy; attend full time/part time faculty meetings once each semester.
Required Qualifications: RN with current, unencumbered, valid Ohio License, minimum of a BSN required, maintained currency in the specialty area through periodic reading, seminar attendance, instructional development program attendance, and/or work experience. Based on the Ohio Nurse Practice Act (Ohio Code 4723-5-01) - Experience for at least two years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse is required to teach in a school of nursing.
