What Youll Do
Lead and manage high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion
Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor
Collaborate closely with the Principal or Studio Leader to drive project success
Mentor, coach, and guide Design Coordinators, ProjectAssistants, and production staff
Oversee design concepts, plans, and proposals to ensure alignment with client goals and Kinetic standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams including interiors and development services
Monitor and manageproject budgets, schedules, and resources
Perform quality control reviews and provide detailed redlines prior to committee review
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
Solve project challenges independently with minimal supervision
Participate in creative ideation and oversee production of drawings and specifications
Handle administrative responsibilities including timesheets and resource planning
Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices through continued education

Estimating:

Lead and mentor engineers and designers on structural projects.

+ Manages the submittal schedule set-up. Coordinates priorities with the team; reviews and approves all shop drawings and samples prior to submittal to architects or engineers.
+ Ensures approved submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract.
+ Coordinates with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment.
