Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all standard project management activities in accordance with the health system's policies and methodologies
Develop and Maintain project plans
Coordinate stakeholders and SMEs to define required resources for each project phase and task
Manage timelines, report on resource allocations and project budgets
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
Drives project milestones to completion in line with agreed-upon timelines
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and provide reports to communicate work plans, track actual performance against plans and analyze variances
Identify and lead resolution of issues and mitigation of risks to ensure all objectives are met
Mentor others in project management competencies
Produce and update Gantt charts, Dynamic Dashboards, and Executive level power point presentations for easy Executive and stakeholder project status Checks
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of technical experience
5 years of project management experience
Healthcare Experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Agile SCRUM experience and/or certification helpful

**Position Description:**
We currently have an opening in the North American Packaging Solutions (NAPS) Division for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer is responsible for engineering and managing the installation of equipment within corrugated manufacturing facilities. This position is directly responsible to assure all capital and repair projects assigned are installed as per the project scope, schedule, cost estimate and budget and with minimum plant production interference. This position reports to the Project Engineer Lead. The PL of this role may vary (PL 14 or 15) according to candidate skillset and experience. This position does not require relocation to Memphis. Qualified candidates do need to live near an airport as this position requires approximately 50% travel.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Lead the project management of multiple, concurrent projects involving installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements.
+ Project management responsibilities include organizing/planning, scoping & bidding, coordination of schedule, and managing the project to fruition.
+ Perform detailed engineering for installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements,
+ Travel to sites as needed to manage major and minor projects & equipment installations.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and discussion partner to North American Packaging Solutions (NAPS) facilities on all aspects of the corrugated manufacturing process & project implementation.
**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related business discipline
+ 5+ years corrugated box industry experience including a detailed understanding of corrugated equipment, the corrugating process, environmental regulations, and applicable OSHA health & safety policies/laws.
+ Requires understanding of engineering process and the mechanical, electrical, and scheduling/organizational requirements for corrugated equipment installations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project or equivalent
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD software to create, view and modify drawings for comparative evaluation and final project construction/installation; utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify plant layouts, equipment layouts & foundation drawings for contractor bid packages.
+ Advanced project management skills with experience managing multiple, current major and minor engineering projects.
+ Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to all levels of company management.
+ Knowledge and understanding of contractor services - mechanical, electrical, and structural.

Senior Project Manager - General Contractor _____________________________________________________ Cleveland Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in managing the entire scope of a construction project, from handoff through the closeout phase. A Project Manager potentially could oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements.
We currently are seeking a Project Manager with the flexibility to travel along the east coast. We are staffing short and long-term projects. Current projects in North Carolina, Ohio, Florida, Louisiana and more. The longer-term projects are large, complex, and client focused so leaders/managers with strong communications skills and preferably backgrounds that include civil, retail, would be preferred but most importantly would be your ability to execute on projects of similar scale.
Skills/Knowledge:
* Must have excellent computer skills including: MS Office, Project, Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, and/or On Screen Take-Off
* Thorough knowledge of construction site safety and OSHA regulations
* Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of team members

* Project Managers are responsible for schedule, RFI's, submittals, change orders, monthly billing and WIP schedules
* Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking, minimizing exposure and risk in the project
* Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule
* Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises
* Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims
Qualifications:
* A four-year Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good understanding of MEP building systems
* Thorough knowledge OSHA regulations and safety standards
* Excellent computer skills a must Microsoft office, Excel, Project, Citrix
* Capacity to work well under pressure and predetermined schedules
* Willingness to travel extensively across the construction sites
* Strong focus on quality and attention to detail a must
Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
* Reliable transportation to and from the project
* Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.
* Able to access all areas of the jobsite that includes stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.
* Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc.
* Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary
The project engineer position at Weeks Island is responsible for applying engineering knowledge to project planning and execution. This includes the preparation of capital and expense projects, the supervision of contractors and/or internal labor, and working with our maintenance team for the successful integration of new assets being commissioned. Function Statement:
The overall function of this position is to serve as a project manager in the Jennings construction office (Unit 247), District 07. **Overview**
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through to closure. This includes controls design, controls installation, and retro-commissioning projects. Function Statement:

Assistant Project Manager Job In Youngsville, LA
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all Mistras activities on-site. The Project Manager will develop and implement management, planning, and cost control systems. The position is also ultimately responsible for executing the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project. The Project Manager will provide the client with full customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all Mistras activities on customer's project.
Strong Field Presence
Maintain a strong relationship with their customers.
Provide direction and goals for the management team.
Strong execution of all company and client policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
Provide leadership through example of Company's HSE Program.
Represent Mistras Services on provision scope of services.
Provide daily reports to client and Mistras Management on staffing, worksite locations and specific project status.
Develop and implement site specific policies in partnership with Human Resources and Operations as needed.
Assure proper key performance indicators (KPI's) are utilized, maintained, adjusted as needed, and are being met for the success of the organization.
Utilization of key performance indicators (KPI's) to increase customer value.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of and execute the Mistras Project Management Procedure (99-PM-001).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contract, implement requirements and manage the contract.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Union contract to assure compliance if applicable.
Liaison between Company, Client and entire staff.
Maintain a Safety conscience work environment.
Maintain adequate staffing and resources to ensure project completions.
Maintain compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures on the project.
Demonstration of strong leadership by being accessible to all employees.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Prior supervisory experience is required.
4+ years of tank/ vessel cleaning project management experience.
