Your Impact
As an Executive Communications Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and amplifying the voice of our team, driving strategic narratives. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Position Summary
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation, and the day-to-day implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure well-managed and maintained homes of our growing portfolio of single-family homes used as Care Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities and other housing models serving vulnerable populations. The Senior Property Manager ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws; maintains acceptable and supportive environment for all residents and service providers; manages maintenance staff and their duties, interacts with and supervises vendors. About you
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of assigned properties, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
Dispatch work order calls, set up vendors and service agreements.
