Supervise client medication, charting all incoming medications, coordination with nurse and case manager regarding medication compliance. Sober Living House Monitors are responsible for monitoring the safety and security of Clean Slates Male and female sober living program for intensive outpatient clients in substance abuse treatment located in Trotwood, Ohio. Assist with the day to day operations and monitoring both the clients, internal environment and surrounding grounds. Competencies: Relieving the previous shift and conferring with them regarding all records, logs, daily reports to ensure accurate and complete reporting.
