BE AN OPERATIONAL PRO
Floor management is the name of the game; partner with the General Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team.
GROW & GUIDE YOUR TEAM
Recruit, train, and support center management and staff. Foster high morale and provide developmental coaching to grow Lucky Strike Entertainment future leadership team. Address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise.
REVIEW CENTER PERFORMANCE
Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction. With the General Manager, review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust your action plan accordingly.
MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1
Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals; ensure that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that our guests are completely satisfied.
DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES
Oversee the management and expansion of your center's Food & Beverage program, partnering with the General Manager to ensure the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
REMAIN FLEXIBLE
An ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Food and Nutrition Services Manager is in charge of production and service of high quality meals; organize, supervise, and train dining services employees; purchase food and supplies; provide a sanitary and infection free environment; participate in the assessment process; write care plans; prepare menus and meals; make decisions. Monitor residents weights
Maintain records, such as meal census, diets served, menus, purchase records, nutrition assessments and care plans, and weekly staffing patterns
Assist in the resident assessment and comprehensive care plan

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Position Overview:
Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring for an Assistant Catering Manager.
The hours for this position are:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Who You Are:
You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
You are able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand on your feet for up to two hours
Prior food service and cashier experience preferred
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
Go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service
Run and maintain a POS system with attention to detail and accuracy
Stock and maintain cafe items
Fill and make coffee and station drinks
Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
Know and maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
Escalate issues to Dining Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve

The Job Stuff:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The AssistantManager reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation explain the MAD Greens Philosophy and oversee the training of new employees.
Assist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.
Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets.
Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
Interview hourly employees. support hiring, supervision, development and assist in termination process if applicable.
Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured.
Supports and assists General Manager in running shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service as needed.
Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
Help drive positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies.
Assist General Manager with weekly and bi-weekly tasks such as payroll and inventory.
Requirements:
Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage and labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.
Ability to determine applicability of experience and qualifications of job applicants.
Good attention to detail and good organization skills.
