Education, Experience and other Key Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be at least 21 years of age 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required *2+ years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience preferred ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required

Job Responsibilities



(Cashier/Customer Service)


Job responsibilities include:

Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts. Delivering meals to guests at their table, vehicle, or a designated pick-up area and provide excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground. Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc., as needed to maintain throughout your shift.

Job responsibilities include

Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Washing dishes and taking out trash and recycling Cleaning equipment and floors throughout your shift Maintain all food quality and food safety standards/expectations You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills. Reliable transportation is required. Be authorized to work in the United States Be at least 16 years old. Be available to work on Saturdays-time off can be given for special requests

Maintenance

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Filtering oil fryers daily

Maintaining outside grounds

Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

Take out and empty trash

Change light bulbs

Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the business
