Solid understanding of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety compliance. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cold-environment production facility. Proficiency with manufacturing software, production reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
