Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience: 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required).
Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
Proven success in sales and team leadership.

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
