+ **Continuous Learning & Development:** The expedited training program lasts approximately six months. Upon completion, you'll have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position. Drive your own learning plan that covers all aspects of managing our high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Relocation Required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program. You will be able to choose which location you would like to apply to.
+ 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
+ Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
+ Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
+ Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
+ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
+ Have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
