Position is responsible for managing subcontractors, quality control and assurance, providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, managing project schedule and being part of making the project a good experience for everyone involved.What You Need for this PositionMinimum 2 years experience:
-Assistance Superintendent
-Multi-Family, Hotel or Senior Living
-Strong understanding of building systems
-Ability to read blue prints and specifications
-Commercial Construction
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
-Self-motivated

Qualified candidates must have the ability to work at the construction jobsite daily, to include occasional overtime and weekend hours.

As Assistant Superintendent, you are responsible for ensuring the project is performing in accordance with quality standards, such as adhering to the schedule of daily jobsite activities and managing work lists to ensure subcontractor completion. A strong candidate is one who has the ability to understand the final product and can maintain organization. Strong consideration to a candidate who has working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and/or electrical work.

What Can You Expect

• Join our team and experience the full project cycle with one of our three Business Units - Heavy Civil, Commercial and Water Resources
• Supervise and coordinate activities of our field personnel, subcontractors and material vendors
• Provide input to Project Manager on job site issues or conditions and confer with Operations Manager to ensure production

• Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore and other construction software
