Responsibilities:
* Supervises community center building and assists patrons in the use of the community center.
* Assists the Community Center Supervisor in the supervision and training of community center attendants.
* Coordinates with Community Center Supervisor on set-up of facilities for recreational purposes.
* Assists in the Leisure Services front office and Control Desk during times of heavy usage, and as needed.
* Assist Building Maintenance staff with small tasks and communicate with building maintenance on building repair needs.
* The employee must work the days and hours necessary to perform all assigned responsibilities and tasks. Must be available (especially during regular business hours or shifts) to communicate with subordinates, supervisors, customers, vendors and any other persons or organization with whom interaction is required to accomplish work and employer goals.

Accountabilities:
Provide daily oversight to ensure that the supervisory needs of the staff are met.
Provide modeling, redirection and guidance to staff working directly with children.
Provide education, consultation and supportive counseling to children to help minimize psychiatric symptoms or symptoms of emotional disturbances, as needed.
Provide direct support to clients, as needed.
Assist with therapeutic groups and activities, as needed.
Assist in organizing the current filing system for all clients, maintains client files and completes file checklist on discharged clients.
Assist with monthly team meetings and training.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field, with an emphasis preferably in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related field.

2 years of prior work experience providing effective, efficient case management and/or direct support to youth, preferred.
Knowledge of trends, issues, laws, and regulations related to the development and delivery of case management services.
