**What You Will Do** This position will report to the TA-55 Operations Manager with the primary duty for providing day-to-day oversight to the Operations Center team. The OCS will be responsible for providing administration and supervision of day-to-day operations of ALDWP facilities at TA-55, ensuring the safe operation of the nuclear work and the status control of safety systems, work control/work release for all activities within PF-4 and support facilities and ensuring scheduled work is executed safely and as planned. The position will have input to performance grading but will not be responsible for evaluations.
This OCS will be assigned to a 24/7/365 rotating shift coverage for TA55. This role will ensure compliance with requirements documents and assist personnel in the facility work through problems with work execution.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**
**Operational Systems:** Demonstrated experience and understanding of the following aspects of operations management as applied to a Nuclear Facility: systems engineering, work control, hazard identification and analysis, formality of operations implementation, safety basis and TSR development and implementation, configuration management, maintenance management, project management as demonstrated through successful implementation of new activity approval, work control, work request, FSR processes, IWD reviews and approvals. Examples include but are not limited to procedure validations, periodic reviews or compliance reviews.
**Leadership:** Familiarity with acting as 'Person-in-Charge' or Leader during abnormal or emergent events.
**Problem Solving:** Experience and demonstrated skill in identifying problem areas, investigating alternative solutions, and determining action to be performed on problems affecting operations management.
**Management:** Experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams of technicians and/or professional staff in a technical environment.
**Maintenance:** Working knowledge of LANL conduct of maintenance, conduct of engineering, conduct of operations and quality assurance programs.
**Policy and Procedure:** Thorough understanding of the concepts and principles of Integrated Work Management, Integrated Safety Management (ISM) and Integrated Safeguards and Security Management (ISSM), or equivalent non-DOE programs, including experience reviewing, approving, and authorizing both facility and programmatic work as demonstrated through activity approval processes, IWD and work package reviews and approvals.
**Training:** Familiarity with training and qualification requirements.
**Equipment:** Demonstrated knowledge of facility process equipment and operation.
**Compliance:** Demonstrated management of operations to comply with Limiting Conditions of Operation (LCO) as specified in the Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), including the management and supervision of surveillance and inspections in support of DSA/TSR compliance.
**Education/Experience:** Position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.
**DOE Order 426.2A:** Requires a High School Diploma and 3 years of nuclear experience. Full-time related academic training (e.g., degree programs, trade schools, and vocational programs) may be substituted on a one-for-one basis for up to two years of nuclear experience.

The Clinical Services Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and clinical consultation to direct services staff of the assigned Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) and Outpatient Therapy programs. This position also provides direct therapeutic services as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Psychology or closely related field.
Three years post-graduate experience in providing psychological assessments, evaluations and interventions with clients. This experience must include work with adults with serious mental illness, child and family therapy, and work in a community agency providing mental health services.
One year supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of psychotropic medications is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be independently licensed as a Mental Health professional in the State of New Mexico, e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT or LPAT. Must obtain licensure by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.
This position requires a current supervisor designation in compliance with NMAC 16.27.19.10, approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board. The designation must be maintained throughout employment, including all renewal and continuing education requirements set by the board.
Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire. Certifications must meet the requirements listed in the document “BLS / CPR / ACLS & First Aid Training Resources” posted on Staurolite. It is your responsibility to keep your certifications current at all times.

According to PMS Human Resources Policy 205.006, “Healthcare Personnel Testing & Immunization Requirements,” this position must comply with required testing and immunizations. Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employee's PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH.

COVERAGE AREA REQUIREMENTS:
If assigned to Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), the employee should not travel more than two hours (each way) to visit any family on their caseload under normal daytime or evening conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Support leadership to manage the team of phlebotomists and physician substitutes to hit daily and weekly operational and compliance goals.
Operational Oversight: Manage the flow of donors and employees to match the needs of the business (including adherence to SOPs, equipment functionality, etc.).
Quality Assurance: Monitor compliance with both regulatory and company requirements for best practices, documenting any deviations from expected behavior.
Donor Experience: Have an eye on the end-to-end donor experience.
Training & Development: Help train new hires and provide ongoing education to staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Inventory Management: Assist with the management of supplies to ensure there are no disruptions to operations.
Problem Resolution: Address donor or staff concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Center Leadership as needed.

1+ years of experience in supervisory roles
