Responsibilities:
Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking an energetic individual to heighten our award-winning Aquatics Team through the delivery of next level service and safety. This person will be expected to drive the experience for both Guests and Team Members through their initiative, safety-oriented behaviors, and commitment to creating a positive environment.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Manage daily operation of the water park to ensure everyone's safety and satisfaction through the regular coverage of Manager on Duty shifts.
Practices, supports, maintains and enforces a total commitment to a safety culture.
Assist in managing all aspects of Waterpark Operation to include staffing, training, and emergency response.
Continuously verify 100% compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and Corporate Aquatics policies and standards.
Ensures total compliance with Ellis & Associates, as well as Six Flags Corporate policies and standards.
Builds and maintains a positive, high performance team culture generating increased retention, motivation, and team morale.
Ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained within the Aquatics Department.
Creates and maintains all programs related to Safety, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Guest Service.
Coordinates and conducts training, including lifeguard certification, department orientation, slide training, and continuous on the job, and in-service training.
Mentors the aquatics team in achieving goals through positive communication, encouragement and coaching.
Adheres to and enforces all park policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the park as a whole.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in addition to organizational, administrative, and public relations skills.
Ability to obtain or currently hold an Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Instructor Certification.
Minimum one year of supervisory experience with a strong performance history.
Demonstrated leadership experience with team-oriented approach.
Self-starter with the ability to anticipate and manage multiple projects through planning, execution, and follow up.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and essential computer applications.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines in a demanding fast paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions to include extreme heat and sun.
The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Texas state driver's license.

GUIDELINES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in public housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program, tax credit housing, assisted apartment management, or local government housing work (i.e. code enforcement, planning, and community development).
Certification in Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection, Income, Rent and Voucher program administration required within first year of employment (training and tests at Houston Housing Authority's expense).

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
+ Supervise the day to day operations of the department.
+ Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
+ Directly supervise, train, and mentor non-technical personnel of the department
+ Monitor daily workflow in the referral department and schedule adequate coverage
+ Responsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffed
+ Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary
+ Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
+ Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
+ Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance records and documents
+ Meet regularly with direct reports to provide coaching and feedback for their development
+ Responsible for administering and managing policies and procedures
+ Process and maintain payroll and personnel files
+ Perform administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Associate's degree or higher is a plus
+ 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
+ Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
+ Familiarity with laboratory operations, as well as policies and procedures, is preferred
+ Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
+ High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
+ Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

**What you'll do**

As a working Supervisor, the selected candidate will also daily be spending a significant portion of their time doing the operational work within Support Services:
+ Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
+ Receive incoming deliveries to be delivered throughout the Credit Union
+ Process outgoing mail and packages
+ Operate and maintain postage metering system as well as the letter folder/stuffer equipment
+ Track and log documents, postage and packages using electronic tracking system and computer software
+ Work directly with all parcel delivery services and assist all Credit Union departments with mail services
+ Maintain copy paper supply and fulfill branch supply orders
+ Order the delivery and pickup of documents from off-site storage facility
+ Prepare documents for imaging
+ Index documents received electronically or in paper batches
+ Import and process documents from the network
+ Process exceptions in the departmental research folders
+ Index and delete documents from the imaging system
+ Maintain and adhere to records retention and destruction policies
+ Clean out backfiles from off-site storage facility
+ Process returned Visa debit cards
+ Assist users with document research requests
+ Sort returned mail

The Supervisor, RPO Support Services, is a hands-on leader responsible for critical operational functions that enable the success of the RPO division. Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop a small team (billing/commissions and sourcing/admin) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial and operational processes.
Oversee billing and commissions workflows, including pulling reports from Great People (transitioning to AMIE), validating data, and ensuring error-free invoicing and commission calculations.
Manage system administration for RPO technology platforms, including user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and partnering with IT and vendors for enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between enterprise marketing and RPO recruitment teams to align campaigns, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
Interpret and communicate enterprise-wide goals and operational expectations to department leadership.
Analyze productivity reports and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy across billing, commissions, and system processes.
Implement process improvements and reporting dashboards (primarily in Excel) to support business objectives.
Promote strong internal and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Drive operational projects, including onboarding new clients and aligning workflows with client-specific needs.
Serve as a “player-coach,” balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on operational support.
