* Create Technical specification packages for all direct sourced apparel/accessory product in men's, women's, kids, and infants, wovens and knits.
* Coordinate with Product Development team on production issues.
* Answer factories' queries and execute problem-solving initiatives during production.
* Conduct fittings and take detailed notes and photos to execute fit comments and pattern corrections needed.
* Inform factories on style's technical details and construction.
* Issue grade rules to ensure sizing consistency for all direct sourced product.
* Complete factory pattern corrections as needed.
* PLM experience a plus.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

* Assist technicians with setting up and tearing down of equipment
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations, and overall upkeep of equipment and facilities.
* Assist with proper documentation and reports of services provided.
* Learn and abide by company policies and procedures.
* Those hired to perform work as an Assistant Radiographer or Radiographer Trainee are also responsible for the following:
* May only operate radiographic equipment under the direct visual watch and supervision of a radiographer or radiographic instructor.
* Maintain constant surveillance and immediate control of industrial radiographic equipment at all times while it is use.
* Secure industrial radiographic equipment from unauthorized removal at all times, when not tended under constant surveillance and immediate control.
* Prevent all unauthorized personnel from being within the restricted area boundaries while industrial radiographic equipment is in use.
* Provide the required notification to appropriate safety management personnel in the event of an incident, and to provide assistance as needed.

Position Description

As an Assistant Registrar for Enrollment Technology, you will:

* Manage the daily operation of enrollment services, data sharing with central university systems and other regulatory agencies, and the creation and maintenance of student academic records and ongoing management of the HLS student listserv accounts.

* Serve as the subject matter expert on course evaluation administration, coordinating with faculty and their assistants to advise on policy and set up. Coordinate data analysis and reporting with Office of Academic Affairs.

* Provide advice and counsel to students, faculty, and administration regarding academic policies and procedures, overseeing the ongoing academic support with curricular materials and by providing ongoing training and documentation.

* Maintain departmental web pages and ensure web accessibility across the department. Serve on the school wide colocation users' group and represent the Registrar's Office on local and university committees. Participate to improve academic services and ensure the quality of essential information sharing across multiple complex systems.

* Provide support with exam administration as necessary, becoming familiar with exam software to provide technical support when needed.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Associate Registrar for Technology and Enrollment Services, the Assistant Registrar is a member of a professional and knowledgeable team that provides initial and ongoing support for students, faculty, and staff. This role focuses primarily on planning and implementing the delivery of registrar operations including maintenance of student information systems, production of data, queries and reports, and general data coordination amongst varied law school and university systems. This role will independently analyze, identify, and advise on technical solutions for complex processes, and work as team member on large-scale events and projects.
