Provide clerical support including but not limited to: execution of documents in DocuSign, scanning, filing, typing divisional correspondence, creating spreadsheets, sorting and distributing mail and coordinating events. Assist with organization and distribution of employee incentives. Labor Distribution: Data entry of all work records on a daily basis. Qualifications: High school graduate or GED. Knowledge of office practices, computer literacy, data entry skills; proficient in keyboarding 50-55 wpm. Smartsheet, Microsoft Office and Windows based operating systems. Organization, multi-tasking and communication skills. Experience with JD Edwards, Kronos, OnBase, Smartsheet and Docusign Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
