What You'll Do
As VP of Operations, you'll be the leader behind the scenes making sure every Saigon Hustle location runs like a machine - without losing what makes it special. You'll:
Lead and support our restaurant leaders to deliver consistent service, food quality, cleanliness, and culture
Build rhythms around execution: KPIs, store visits, coaching, training tools, and accountability
Drive performance across sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses (and help teams understand the “why” behind the numbers)
Improve systems for scheduling, training, inventory, prep, and operational consistency
