The Assistant Vice President of Workday Reporting will be responsible for creating dynamic dashboards and other Workday enabled methods to provide insights into the State Street global workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree. Field of study in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management is a plus.
* 5 years of data management experience in a SaaS or ERP environment; Workday experience a requirement

**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities**

**CLAIM HANDLING:**

+ Directly handle the Company's most severe and complex claims when Travelers has coverage of $2 million or greater and file exposure is greater than $2 million.

+ Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on application of policy information to facts or allegations of each case.

Basic Purpose

The Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition Programs will lead and implement Navy Federal's "Early in Career" and "Military Affairs" strategic initiatives while ensuring aligning with the unique nuances of each business function. Talent Acquisition Programs are highly complex outreach efforts, with programmatic logistics and nationwide strategies relating to early in career and military affairs. Responsibilities

* Lead and implement Talent Acquisition Programs strategy, establish priorities, set goals, and evaluate and implement standards to ensure alignment with department/organization objectives
* Develop a detailed university relations and military affairs' strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition and oversee the development of innovative strategies that differentiate Navy Federal Credit Union
