Delivering seamless system integration and an outstanding customer experience is at the core of this role. Duties/Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive revenue integrity and automation strategies across the organization. · Identify, evaluate, and deploy revenue cycle automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI-driven coding validation, automated charge capture, and denial prevention tools). · Align revenue integrity and automation initiatives with EngageMED's mission, vision, and financial goals. · Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement models, coding accuracy, automation enablement, and regulatory compliance. · Ensure accurate, compliant, and technology-enabled charge capture and coding processes across all services. · Lead initiatives to minimize revenue leakage, reduce manual workflows, and optimize reimbursement through intelligent automation. · Oversee audits, monitoring, and reporting processes to validate revenue accuracy and identify automation opportunities. · Partner with IT, Compliance, and Legal teams to implement secure, compliant automation solutions. · Establish standardized, automated workflows and dashboards for transparency and efficiency. · Collaborate with physicians, operational leaders, and finance teams to improve documentation and revenue outcomes using data-driven insights. · Mentor and lead high-performing revenue integrity, coding, and billing teams with a focus on continuous improvement and technology adoption. · Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and digital transformation within the revenue cycle. · Develop and manage KPIs related to revenue integrity and automation-tracking improvements in denials, reimbursement accuracy, coding efficiency, and processing speed. · Provide regular updates to the EVP of Revenue Integrity and executive team on automation ROI, revenue outcomes, and performance metrics. · Use analytics, automation dashboards, and AI-driven reporting tools to drive informed decision-making. · Other duties as assigned. Qualification/Required Skills Education: · Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required. · Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred. Experience: · 8-10+ years of progressive leadership in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, or healthcare financial operations. · Demonstrated success implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives within the revenue cycle. · Strong track record of implementing revenue integrity initiatives and delivering measurable results. · Physician practice management or multi-specialty group experience is strongly preferred.
