Position Summary The Vice President of Operations holds full P&L responsibility and leads all aspects of operational performance across the Sacramento, CA region and surrounding markets. Skills and Qualifications Proven progressive leadership in a multi-site, service-related industry (commercial janitorial, facility services, or related field preferred). Strong background in P&L management, budgeting, labor management, and expense control. Demonstrated success in leading decentralized teams and driving performance across multiple site locations. Visionary leader with the ability to build trust, inspire teams, and execute strategies effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven experience managing full P&L of $20M+ in annual revenue. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Ability to travel regularly across assigned markets.
