The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Research, Evaluation & Learning (RE&L) will have responsibility to develop, design and lead cross-functional research activities that align with the vision and mission of College Success Foundation. The AVP of RE&L will manage all organizational and program-related research, reporting, and team management, to ensure data warehousing practices are aligned with relevant privacy and data protection laws. This position will strengthen CSF's ability to make evidence-based decisions and will advance the Foundation's standing as an outstanding philanthropic investment and national leader in the college readiness access and success fields.
