Nurse Practitioner Specific Qualifications:

Requirements
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Wealth Advisory Assistants pivot between client service work such as opening accounts, scheduling client review meetings, and inputting client account data and then working behind the scenes creating reports, researching product info, and maintaining our internal file systems. Other responsibilities include:
Process checks for clients
Maintains a system to monitor review of investment clients and schedule meetings
Travel to other offices as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics
The ability to demonstrate confidence and good judgment when interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and clients including maintaining the confidentiality of firm and client information is key to this role. Our Wealth Advisory Assistants must be able to display initiative, a willingness to learn, and efficiently utilize in-house software programs while providing excellent client service. Other desired skills include:
Associate Degree with two years of administrative office experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in a financial institution or wealth management office preferred
